WHAT IS MIXTES SHIPPING POLICY?

MIXTE products are shipped directly to your door using a variety of major shipping companies (Fed Ex, UPS etc). Shipping on orders over $1,000 is free to the lower 48 states in the US.  International shipping is available at the customers expense, please contact us to discuss the options.

WHAT ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED WHEN I RECEIVE MY BIKE?

We want the user experience to be easy from the minute you order your product.  All MIXTE products come 90% assembled and shipped in a durable box.  Instructions and tools are included in the box. Members of our support team are available to answer any questions and walk you through the assembly process.

CAN I TEST RIDE A BIKE?

Our office and warehouse is currently located in Atlanta and we are happy to schedule a test ride for customers in the area.  Further, the MIXTE team is working on rolling out pop up events around the country so please follow-on social media to see when we will be in your area.

DOES MY BIKE COME WITH A WARRANTY?

A big part of being comfortable and enjoying your MIXTE product is knowing we have your back.  Each product comes with a 30 day trial (assuming no damage to the product) and an extensive 1 year product warranty after purchase.

HOW FAST WILL MY BIKE GO?

As a Class 1 E Bike, the pedal assist technology allows you to travel at up to 20 mph.  Further, our on bike technology allows a rider to adjust the assistance (0= no assistance and you ride like a normal pedal bike all the way to 5 = full power assist to help you tackle hills and long trips comfortably) all while enjoying active transportation!
